We moved from London to Burgundy in 2017 inspired by the region and its wines, with the idea of creating our own winery.
In 2019 we made our first wines in the village of Meursault, bringing life back to dormant cellars underneath our home.

As a négociant-vinificateur, we source grapes from local growers and make the wines in our cuverie in Meursault.
Taking a low intervention approach, we use predominantly whole cluster vinification in oak and stainless steel tanks, before the wines are barrel-aged in our cellars.
